  • Listing – Refers to any product, service, or announcement (including photos, text, audio, or videos) created and submitted by a Seller for publishing on the Ofhir PH platform.

  • Advertiser/Seller – Refers to any individual or business entity (aged 18 or above), residing or operating in the Philippines, who creates an account and posts listings on the Ofhir PH website or mobile platform.

  • Account – The user account created by an Advertiser to manage listings. Creating a listing automatically generates a free user account.

  • Ofhir PH – The official name of the website/platform operated by Alienetworx Venture, registered in the Philippines under 7323544, with its principal office located at General Santos City Philippines.

  • Customer Support – The official department of Ofhir PH that handles user inquiries, complaints, and assistance. You may reach us through the Contact Us link on our website.

  • Ofhir PH Services – Refers to all features and tools available to users through the website and mobile platform.

  • Website – Refers to the online platform accessible via https://ofhir.ph.

  • Mobile Site – Refers to the mobile-optimized version of the website, also accessible via https://ofhir.ph.

  • User – Any visitor accessing or using the services of Ofhir PH through the website or mobile platform.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules governing the use of the Ofhir PH platform and apply to all advertisers who post listings after logging into their account.

Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing Ofhir PH, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Ofhir PH is not liable for any errors, omissions, or incorrect performance of a listing due to actions made by the Advertiser or due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, system failure, etc.).

Ofhir PH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Advertisers and Users are encouraged to review them periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses which will remain in full force.
